Undergraduate Program

The Clinical Learning Centre consists of :

  • The General Nursing Lab:
    • One health assessment lab (located in the Dr. Murray O'Neil Medical Education Centre)
    • Two skills practice labs (located in Anthony P. Toldo Health Education Centre)
    • A computer centre equipped with 25 computers (located in Anthony P. Toldo Health Education Centre)
    • An extensive selection of health promotion materials, resources and model

  • Simulation Lab:
    • One health assessment lab (located in the Dr. Murray O'Neil Medical Education Centre)
    • The simulation lab uses a team of registered nurses that have strong clinical backgrounds as well as expertise in simulation education.

  • Virtual Clinical Orientation (only for Transitioning year 3 Students): Thursday August 29th 9:30am-12:00pm
  • Virtual Clinical and Lab Orientation (all incoming year 3 students): Tuesday September 3rd 1:00pm-3:00pm

  • Tutoring Program (Faculty of Nursing)
    • The role of the Faculty of Nursing is to facilitate a connection only between students who are eligible to tutor and students who request a tutor. Tutors can charge students up to $20.00/hour. Tutors are available for all required nursing courses.
